Requests from the website
When you write to us using the request form, we process your name, company, email, telephone number (if provided), product of interest, approximate quantity, delivery destination and the content of your message, solely to reply to you and, if you ask, to send you price lists, technical data sheets and supply proposals. Telephone and email
If you call us or send us an email, we use your number or address only to reply to you.
Browsing and cookies
The website only uses technical cookies needed for it to work and to remember your language; it does not use statistics or marketing tools. Details are in the cookie policy. Fonts are served from our own website: no requests are made to external services while you browse.
The consent log, stored in the website database, records your cookie choice, the date, the version of the policy, your IP address, your browser and the page and language from which you expressed it.
